HRA conducted multiple studies to assess the health effects of in-theater environmental exposure on the respiratory health of deployed personnel. HRA evaluated the effect of particulate matter exposures and a sulfur fire at a sulfur fire plant. Two peer-reviewed manuscripts were published.
